International MBA Program Calendar Structure

Our primary aim is to give our participants strong competencies and skills for their entire career. In order to pursue this goal, the MBA Program is based on 3 pillars: Core Fundamentals, Concentrations and Complementary curricula.

Core fundamentals are courses delivering managerial concepts and methodologies every manager should have. 

These core fundamentals form the basis for any succesful post-MBA career, and are the 1st Pillar on which students build their future career.

Academic study is only one part of what we see as complete development for the MBA participant. During the MBA Program, students will also acquire soft skills and tools that will help them not only to make the most of their personal investment in the MBA, but also continue to develop relational capabilities throughout their career.

The MIP faculty is made up of professors with extremely diverse professional and educational backgrounds, further complemented by a dedicated teaching staff.

Faculty members, many of whom are succesful professionals in their own right, draw on their own consulting work and the immense research facilities of the Politecnico di Milano to provide, up-to-date, diverse and relevant material for lectures and business cases, and routinely strive to be readily acesible to students, and to make classroom time a rewarding and excting experience.

Additionaly, the faculty is composed of a large number of international members, which is further representative of the highly gloablised environment of the school.

The CleanTech Challenge (CTC), is a competition jointly hosted by London Business School and University College London Business where students from top business and engineering schools compete in inter-functional teams.


The challenge is to foster the development of innovative ideas for clean technologies in the "green industry", from conceptual design to financing requirements towards ecological sustainability...... for a cleaner and greener world!

MBA students of MIP Politecnico di Milano participate in a number of exchange programs with management schools and universities around Europe, and the world.
