In order to establish a contractual relationship with you, MIP Politecnico di Milano School of Management enters
in possession of data related to you, acquired also orally, directly or
through third parties. Such data is called "personal data" .
In reference to such data we communicate to you that:
- in order to effectively manage future commercial relationships, your data, acquired directly or through a third party, is dealt in relation to the contractual requirements and the deriving implementations of
contractual and legal obligations deriving from these. This data
includes letters written manually or with electronic instruments.
- the data will be used by the direct responsible for art. 4,
c.1 lett. g of the Code (professionals, lawyers, advisers of the job,
consulting firms transport and services, hardware and software
company...) and by people in charge of the treatment to the senses of the art. 4, c.1 lett. h) who operate under the direct authority of the
owner;
- for the execution of the performances, the firm can also
point independent structures, professionals and external advisers as
responsibles for the previous point;
- the bestowal of the same data is obligatory for all that is
demanded from the lawyer and contractual obligations and, therefore,
the eventual refusal to supply them or at the successive treatment will be able to determine the impossibility of the writing to give run to
the same contractual relationships;
- the lacked bestowal and/or consent to the treatment,
instead, of all the data that can’tbeled back to contractual or lawyer
obligations will be estimated by the writing every time and it will
determine the consequent decisions in relation to the importance of the data demanded regarding the commercial relationship;
- stopped remaining the communications and spreads carried
out in execution of contractual and legal executions and those that are imposed by the supervisory bodies, for the only end of the management of the obligations, the protection of the credit and, in general, of the best management of our rights relative to the single commercial relationship, the data could be communicated to in Italy and to the foreign country to: agents; society of factoring; credit institutions;
recovery society credits; agency of insurance and brokers; society of
commercial information; professionists, society of transport, advising
and services.
- the data will be delt also subsequently to the contractual
relationship established for the accomplishment of all the
implementations administrative-accountants of law, and for future
commercial purposeses;
