The Career Development Office offers services of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and Employer Branding to both Italian and international leading companies.

MIP offers to your company customised tools of talents engagement and recruitment, such as:

  • CV Book: our masters students profiles in the school format, to be send to our recruiters in order to select candidates in line with the companies requirements
  • Job Board: a platform where we post job or internship offers by the companies of our network, in order to promote them to our master students or graduates
  • Recruiting on Campus: MIP hosts recruitment organized for one or more companies, to meet and know our students through individual interviews
  • Project works: companies can benefit from the support of a students or a team of students to develop a specific project work.  Students will apply the competencies and methodologies leant during the Master, supervised by a member of the school faculty as “academic tutor”.



MIP offers to its partner companies the following Employer Branding opportunities:

  • Corporate Presentations: present to one or more Master students your company best practices and career opportunities. Workshops and/or Business cases might be carried out during the corporate presentation, in order to engage the students and identify candidates possessing the key requirements.
  • Company visits: invite our Master students to visit your company, to actually observe the production site, the organization of the key functions and the key processes.
  • Sponsorhip: according to its Industry and its best practices sector, a company can become sponsor of our Masters in Business Administration or of our Specialized masters. Sponsors cooperate with the masters Faculty in the design and innovation of the master program, in order to make education closer and closer to business needs.
  • Scholarship: companies can support the postgraduate education by offering scholarships to the most brillant students of our masters and then hosting the same students for an internship or project work
