INFORMATIVE EX ART. 13 of GDPR
The EU regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 shall protect the confidentiality of personal information and impose a number of obligations for those who process personal information concerning other parties, expressed interest. Among the most important obligations that GDPR imposes, is to inform interested parties and gain, if required as a legal basis, the consent to the treatment. Given that the latter will be based on the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency, minimization and limitation of data retention, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, in light of the above, we are pleased to inform you that:

h) Turning to the DPO, under articles 15 to 22 of GDPR at any time you may exercise your rights — the right to obtain from the data controller the personal data access and correction or cancellation or limitation of treatment that affects them or to oppose the processing. As a data subject shall have the right to revoke this consent at any time, but this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before the withdrawal.
