RIF. Marketing & Sales Specialist (Fixed-Term)

For the Marketing and Recruitment Division, we are looking for a confident, results-driven sales person who will bring experience and enthusiasm to our dynamic and international team. You will enjoy being part of a fast-pace environment, be motivated to exceed your targets and want to be part of the school’s continuing success story. 

In this role you will:

  • Contribute in the plan, design, management and execution of fully-integrated B2C marketing campaigns all over the world, ensuring alignment with wider sales and revenue targets
  • Support the development of all promotional activities, in terms of brochures, website updates, promotion of fairs and events, development of testimonials and profiles from our alumni
  • Clearly brief in-house content teams and media teams and monitor execution through continued collaboration
  • Closely monitor lead targets and report back to senior stakeholders and manage/update databases
  • Manage candidates applications generating revenue from a portfolio of International programmes
  • Attend fairs and events worldwide
  • Promoting our part-time programs to pre-qualified potential candidates, providing advice by telephone, email or face-to-face
  • Interacting with mid-level to senior level candidates in a professional manner, in line with brand values and principles

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Proven B2C sales and consultative sales experience (2-3 years)
  • Driven and proactive, able to work both collaboratively and autonomously 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a perfect knowledge of English
  • Customer focused, understanding candidate needs
  • Ambitious, target oriented and with a willingness to learn and be open to feedback
