I define myself as an engineer with a strong passion for the sales.

My goal has always been to become the Sales Director of companies that bring creativity, innovation and technology of the concept of Made in Italy worldwide. With a gradual path of growth, I started from Italy market, then Europe and now the world, to test myself with new challenges: to develop sales in markets with different languages, time zones, environments and lifestyles.

Since the very beginning in Barilla, sales and marketing are my work. I began my journey in a group, such as Barilla, able to give a strong imprinting to a young engineer supply chain.

In order to specialized me in sales and marketing, I decided to do the application for MIP, MBA of the Politecnico di Milano. I entered the class of 30 people. That was the second joint of my working life, after the first in Barilla. My goal was to start a career path in sales depatment of Italian manufacturing companies.

On the contrary, the road has been amazing and much longer: consultant first, then entrepreneur, then manager and now itemporary managers.

But my biggest project has always been the family that I created with my wife and my three children Rossana, Tancredi, David and Vittorio. The house is in Cremona, the town where I was born and I always travelled in Italy and around the world.

After the experience of Director of Sales Division in Mail Boxes Etc, (world leader in the areas of Service Centers in Shipments, Graphics & Print, and other services for the office), I have now accepted the challenge to be in charge of Director of International Sales in a start-up.

DG Mosaic is the spin-off of an industrial group that has developed a unique technology in the new materials and nanotechnology. I was fascinated by the idea to bring in the world the excellence of creativity, design and technology of the Made in Italy concept.

I have always been involved in the management and growth of existing markets and development of new products / markets projects. To develop, build and motivate teams, always with the desire to grow and work having fun.

I can do three things very well, thanks to the success cases and errors that have taught me a lot: channels management and sales force, sales both direct and indirect (partners and franchise dealers), business development and start-up.

In 2016 I was called by Master MIP - Polytechnic of Milan to carry out the activities of Mentor and Associate Lecturer Area Sales / Marketing. I am really very proud for this prestigious achievement.

I always put all my enthusiasm, trust in people, the determination to push forward the projects, the desire to learn and experience. I like to be called a person who believes in teams, an explorer, a team leader.

That's why every day I study, chase new challenges an try new paths.
