Who is eligible for the GMIM programme?
Fresh graduate students with a technical or scientific background.
Can students with an educational background in business apply?
Candidates with a background in Economics/Humanities/Arts are not eligible.
How long is the GMIM programme?
The programme duration is from 18 to 22 months depending on student’s choice.
In what language is the GMIM programme taught?
The programme is taught in English, although there are opportunities for students to study the native language of the country of study throughout the programme.
Do I need to speak Italian before starting the programme?
No, as the course is entirely taught in English.
Can students who have already obtained a Master's degree enrol?
Yes, students who have already obtained a higher degree can enrol.
How many students are in the programme?
Each year the size and composition of the class changes slightly, in terms of nationality, gender, age and background.
Is there an age limit for the programme?
No, but the programme is ideally suited for fresh graduates with limited or no work experience

Can I submit my TOEFL or IELTS score report after the application deadline?
Candidates can submit the IELTS/TOEFL score after the motivational interview.
Does the GMIM programme have a letter of recommendation form?
Letters of recommendation are not compulsory for this program.
What kind of CV is requested for the application?
All formats of CVs are acceptable
I am currently finishing my bachelor studies, but I will not get my degree until after the application ends. May I still apply?
Candidates who have not garduated yet can apply only with their transcripts
I am not a native English speaker, but I have completed my studies in English. Do I still have to submit English proficiency test scores?

Do I need to sit the GMAT to apply for the course?
No, the GMAT/GRE scores are not necessary for the course. They are however necessary to apply for some scholarships.
How long does the admissions process last, and when do we know the final decision?
The application processing time is usually 15-20 days.
What is the cost of the Program?
The tuition fee is EUR 17500 for EU students and EUR 19500 for Non-EU students, which does not include living and travel expenses.

Where is MIP located in Milan?
MIP is located in the north-west of Milan in Bovisa, a brand new campus just 2 trains stops from the centre of Milan. It is also well-serviced by buses and trams.
Where can I stay during my studies?
MIP has a range of agreements with various residences around Milan, each with fast and easy access to the Bovisa campus, or we can assist you in finding short term private accommodation. Visit the International Students Office page to find out more.
Can I visit you and talk in more details with someone about the programme?

Can I sit in on a lesson?
Yes, just ask us in advance to arrange a time. Usually there is no problem with sitting in on a lesson, however there are certain times of the year that are not always optimal for this.
